8. Delivery Policy
O xρόνος παράδοσης της παραγγελίας σας, ορίζεται πριν την οριστικοποίησή της. Σε περίπτωση που επιθυμείτε να αποσταλεί η παραγγελία σε διεύθυνση παράδοσης που θα μας δηλώσετε (υφίσταται και δυνατότητα πολλαπλής παράδοσης) τότε η παράδοση θα γίνεται με τη συνεργαζόμενή μας μεταφορική εταιρεία, Speedex όπου ο χρόνος παράδοσης είναι 1-3 εργάσιμες ημέρες.
Η εταιρεία μας λαμβάνει όλα τα απαραίτητα μέτρα για την έγκαιρη μεταφορά της παραγγελίας στον αγοραστή στο πλαίσιο του βασικού χρονοδιαγράμματος παραδόσεων εκάστοτε μεταφορικής εταιρείας. Δεν μπορούμε να εγγυηθούμε ούτε το χρόνο άφιξης ούτε την ακριβή ώρα παράδοσης των προϊόντων της παραγγελίας, καθώς αυτά εξαρτώνται από τις μεταφορικές εταιρείες με τις οποίες συνεργαζόμαστε. Η εταιρεία μας δεν ευθύνεται για τυχόν καθυστερήσεις που οφείλονται σε ανωτέρα βία ή σε τυχαία γεγονότα ή σε γεγονότα που εκ φεύγουν από τον έλεγχό της. Σε περίπτωση τυχόν καθυστερήσεων η εταιρία μας θα καταβάλλει κάθε δυνατή προσπάθεια να επικοινωνήσει μαζί σας. Η εταιρεία μας ευθύνεται για την προσήκουσα παράδοση της παραγγελίας σας στον μεταφορέα, από τη δε παράδοση ο κίνδυνος μετατίθεται στον αγοραστή κατ’ άρθρο 524 ΑΚ.
Το κόστος αποστολής, θα υπολογίζεται αυτόματα στη σελίδα του καλαθιού αγορών (ανάλογα με τα στοιχεία ογκομετρικού βάρους κάθε παραγγελίας και τη διεύθυνση) και θα περιλαμβάνεται στην αίτηση παραγγελίας σας πριν από την ολοκλήρωση και την πληρωμή. Για παραγγελίες που παραδίδονται σε δυσπρόσιτους προορισμούς, ή αλλιώς δυσπρόσιτες περιοχές, το κόστος, ανάλογα με τα στοιχεία ογκομετρικού βάρους κάθε παραγγελίας, υπολογίζεται σύμφωνα με τις χρεώσεις της εταιρείας μεταφορών.
9. Υπαναχώρηση

We especially point out that if the above conditions are not met or if there is no one of the above-mentioned documents accompanying the product, your request for withdrawal cannot be satisfied, and the product will be returned to you at the consignee's charge.

Change or cancellation of an order is accepted only if the Order Confirmation has not been sent, i.e. the order has not been completed. Attention as it is pointed out that after order confirmation it is NOT even possible to change the declared delivery address for any reason, for security reasons (anti-fraud).
11. Returns in case of actual defect or lack of contracted property
